Here's a free idea for Chord to think about. Have a small bluetooth gizmo that can go on a keyring or belt that sends simple bluetooth commands to Poly to control sd-card playback in quickplay. Good for joggers & commuters and keeps the phone safely tucked away.

And with the current firmware you just need to flip the airplane mode on/off/on to avoid the noise when listening to sd-card.

I believe it does that via Bluetooth so should work in any mode.

You could install a media server such as Universal Media Server on the Mac and use it as a source and the Poly as the output renderer.

You need to have enough room on the sdcard for the index based on how much you have used for music, I think there is a note either here or on Chord site for the amount to leave available. That could be why the index is not completing and keeps retrying.

Sorry if you thought I was having a pop at you about reliability, it was aimed straight at Chord who have a bad track record of updating us with timescales which seldom pan out accurately.

'in the next week or so' is a phrase that is often used by Chord and hardly ever reliable.
