Hi,   Can you confirm that the uDAC-2 work fine in 24/96 with a MAC. For that we have to go to the audio midi setup and select the USB output and put it in 24bits and 96khz then open Itunes and play HD track without any conversion in 24/96. That's my understanding of the best way to play HD...

I read a lot more about the uDAC-2. It seem to be a nice DAC/AMP combo but the Matrix mini-i too receive good reviews and I often read that desktop stuff are usually better than portable stuff. Do you really think that the uDAC-2 can compete against the Matrix-mini-i?   steve33
