Sony MDREX10LP or Panasonic RPHJE120K
I disagree and think the opposite about the Sony's i got the MDREX10LP's and they seem pretty balanced to me if anything more on the bass side than treble side over all.. when i seen your comment i wanted to say i got the Sony's and i love em ! But i was intrigued by the other Panasonic...- Spoetnik

Philips SHE3580 IEM review--how can something sound so good for $10???
I thought the metal mesh covering the Philips earbuds opening was interesting. I recently accidentally took off the fiber / material type covering Sony uses on on my Sony earbuds (they all use that same material of sorts i think) And i did not realize that past the material on the Sony earbuds...- Spoetnik

Just a quick update.. I wanted to give buying these another try so i got them in store at Superstore for $9.99 (Kelowna BC, Canada) And i had no problems with one side louder than the other like the ones i got at Target here where i live. They sound great too. I would recommend them to...- Spoetnik

Philips SHE3580 IEM review--how can something sound so good for $10???
I've tried to like these and i just can't :( There is nothing i like about them.. I for example listen to an album "Heartwork" from Carcass to test it them out and i hear what sounds like a chamber effect almost is the best way i can explain it or some kind of oscilation. I don't know if i...- Spoetnik

Philips SHE3580 IEM review--how can something sound so good for $10???
I decided to grab these seeing this topic (SHE3590BK's in Canada @Target) Got to admit i was a bit disappointed :( I have been using Sony MDREX35's last couple years almost daily and love those ($24.99 way back at Wallmart i think) Before that i had used a pair similar from Sony that cost $96...- Spoetnik

Getting a new rig, need help picking amps / Over-ear headphones. Mostly listen to metal / alternative.
I like my Metal :) I recently built a new PC for around 2 grand and my mobo came with a ton of extras with the onboard audio that helped me choose it. I also went and bought a Harmon / Kardon 5.1 channel amp to go with it to upgrade my really old Yamaha amp. I have always used home amps /...- Spoetnik

Left headphone louder than right. Sony MDREX10LP
Just bought a MDREX10LP and i was not surprised i too noticed the same problem :( The left hand side was way lower in volume compared to the right side.. I tried a ton of things and nothing made any difference. I put in my older MDREX35's and i noticed even output. So yeah there is...- Spoetnik
