What you're talking about is independent of the listening environment. This sort of weighting won't compensate for the acoustic differences between speakers, headphones and so on. In fact, I don't think it has any place in measuring the frequency response of the playback device, as perceptual...

Neither the Magni or Modi support optical, so no.   If an amp or DAC only has a single headphone jack, it won't support surround sound.
