The Qudelix-5K thread
got a cheap balanced cable for my nf audio nm2+ and some azla sednafit tips and i'll say that balanced is noticeably better than unbalanced for me. loving this device so far. this plus uapp plus tidal hifi is a great setup for me.- raisedbywolves

i would prefer the copper one but i don't know how i feel about the looks but honestly i mostly listen at home and on the plane anyway. maybe i'll just go for the yy one.- raisedbywolves

not sure if i'm allowed to link, so i'll do a screenshot. would this work? i like the aesthetics more. i know it's not upocc but it's spc like the default cable and it'll be balanced.- raisedbywolves

i don't consider myself a basshead but it's a tiny bit lighter than expected so i figured seal issues. also, do you have a 2.5mm balanced cable you can recommend for me? you're a big reason why i bought these so figure you might be able to point me in the right direction. if it's something i can...- raisedbywolves

NF Audio impression thread.
just got mine in the mail today. they're pretty great so far. using them with a qudelix 5k i also grabbed. my only concern is that the fit isn't perfect on the included tips and they're a little bass light for me. would grabbing some azla xelastec tips help a decent amount?- raisedbywolves

The Qudelix-5K thread
hey guys, just got mine in the mail today. just wondering if there's any consensus on which filter sounds best and also if unbalanced is significantly worse than balanced. i also just got the nf audio nm2+ and trying to decide if i need to grab a 2.5mm balanced cable or some azla xelastec tips...- raisedbywolves

OPPO PM-3 Portable Planar Magnetic Headphones Loaner Program
yeah, to be honest, that's exactly what i was noticing. mtrivedi20 has seemingly had them for well over a week. shouldn't there be someone to oversee the time limits on people and make sure people aren't more or less keeping them for themselves?- raisedbywolves

OPPO PM-3 Portable Planar Magnetic Headphones Loaner Program
not sure i should be saying this, but i've noticed that it looks like some people on the program are definitely keeping their loaners more than a week... is there someone keeping track of how much time has elapsed for everyone?- raisedbywolves

OPPO PM-3 Portable Planar Magnetic Headphones Loaner Program
hi, i just noticed that my place in line for the loaner program was skipped over? just wondering if that was a mistake or there was some reasoning for me not getting added.- raisedbywolves

Reply to review by 'raisedbywolves' on item 'Aune X1S 32Bit/384KHz DSD DAC Headphone Amplifier'
thanks so much for the review. i was excited when i first heard about this and wanted to hear some comparisons especially to the schiit stack, and i like the fact that i wouldn't have as much room taken up since this is a combined dac/amp. definitely might be in the market now.- raisedbywolves

Introducing Trinity Audio Engineering
yeah, i realize there's at the very least mental burn-in with any new pair of iem's, not sure that i believe necessarily in mechanical burn-in but i'll keep listening to them. at the very least, i'm very pleased with their quality for the money i paid, and they might a nice set of cheap iem's...- raisedbywolves

Introducing Trinity Audio Engineering
i'll give it some time to burn in, but it is a tiny bit boomy on some songs. overall i'm pretty pleased though.- raisedbywolves
