      One the things I like about the On1 is the standard 3.5mm (plug) detachable cable...Yesterday I just received an upgraded BTG Audio SPC Midnight cable.    http://www.btg-audio.com/

  I don't think they are... I checked the owners manual and it didn't mention anything about it. They seem to be securely attached to the cups.

I sometimes play mine straight out of my iPad for more casual lstening like streaming Spotify or off an old deactivated IPhone while listening to Pandora. I like how they sound too. I'm kind of surprised that there isn't more activity here on the forum regarding this phone.

  I really like the way the P7's smell...They are tops in the scent category compared to all my other phones.

Thanks for the AMEX credit tip! I used this along with an old Best Buy gift card that needed to be cashed out. I listened to them briefly at the Magnolia room and thought they sounded pretty good... (to me at least under less than ideal conditions). I'm going to look forward to getting them...

Thanks for the link/review. Do you think the size of the ear cups on the professional is similar to those of the "larger" classic or more like the size of the original spirit one?  Could you give ~size measurements?
