I've been reading the Ultrasone 900 thread for a bit, and it seems like they don't hold up nearly as well for genres outside of electronic. While I do listen to tons of DnB and house, I still enjoy rock and classical; would this mean that the D2000 or DT770 would be a better pick?

I'm considering buying a pair of 900's...even though they'r.cheap from buyauthorized I wouldn't mind saving by  getting 750's...how much would I be downgrading? I have similar tastes in music to the  OP.

Just a quick question; how deep are the cups on the Ultrasones? I've heard that the Denon has pretty deep earcups.

okay. I think I forgot to mention (and forgot to consider) that I need at least 2 stereo outputs and at least 1 stereo input. RCA is nice but if I have to use TRS that's no big deal. Still not sure of which card to choose.

I also have an eye on some HD600 so the opinions in this thread are interesting. Does anyone know how they would compare to say, the D2000? From what I'm reading the HD600 are overall better than the K501 which I had considered at one point in time.
