Fostex new RP headphones - T50RPmk3, T40RPmk3 and T20RPmk3
I am considering t50rp or even saving for t60rp. I have a Fiio X5 2nd gen. Would that provide enough power? How would you describe the sound compared to Beyerdynamic Dt 770 80?- onlysleeping

Koss UR42i Impressions And Discussion Thread!
I bought a pair a while ago. The sound is pretty good, but the earpads bothered by big ears. I couldn't quite get it to be fully 'over the ear'. So, I purchased some "Tranesca leather replacement earpad/ear cushion/ear cover for big OVEREAR Headphones ( Fits a great variety of headphones) -...- onlysleeping

SMSL M8A (ES9028Q2M)
I have an older Musiland Monitor 02 that I've been using for 5 years now. I am thinking of upgrading to the SMSL M8a since it supports DSD and has a newer DAC. Does the M8a 'click' when changing between 24bit and 16bit songs? OR from different frequencies (44.1khz to 96khz)?- onlysleeping

Gershwin Help
Jon Nakamatsu. There is an SACD of it. Sounds great. I have seen the guy in concert 2x and he is amazing . The first time I saw him, I was wanted to hear him play Rhapsody in Blue. Then I found the CD for sale after the show.- onlysleeping

Is there any rock album which you feel could loosely be described as subscribing to the format of classical music?
Explosions in the Sky reminds me of classical movement. Longer, instrumental pieces that have all kinds of emotion.- onlysleeping

Good aggressive piano.
Rachmaninov. Also, Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue has some fast and furious piano moments. I like the RCA living stereo of this best.- onlysleeping

MoFi to remaster Doolittle as forseen by prophets; all is good in world
The only track I don't particularly care for is Silver. It just doesn't seem to fit and drags on a bit. Otherwise, GREAT album. If you haven't heard already, this will be one of the full album downloads available on Rockband! I may need to get a PS3 and Rockband now!- onlysleeping

Simon & Garfunkel
If you are near a Costco, they may have Simon and Garfunkel - The Columbia Studio Recordings 1964 -1970 for $20. Not bad for 5 CDs. The local Costco did, but I don't think all Costco's carry the same CDs'.- onlysleeping

OMG .. ive been tricked.
In LAME I have started using -V0 --vbr-new instead of -b 320. Smaller files and I don't hear a difference in quality on my headphones, home rig, or car stereo.- onlysleeping
