Why does everyone like Glider so much? What does it do that BubbleUpnp or an MPD player doesn't?

I have the same issue as 'Signal2Noise'. Also, I don't see two Bluetooth entries for the Poly in my iPad, just the one.

Doesn't show up in Canadian App Store. However, I was able to download the app via the link provided in an earlier post on this forum. However, when I mopen the app, all I see is a play button with a slash through it (doesn't seem to do anything).

If you have a micro-SD card in the Poly containing music, can you control it's playing via Bluetooth? That is, without connected to a wifi network (including hotspots), can I use M.A.L.P in Android to browse for and play bit-perfect songs? I'm not interested in streaming via Bluetooth as it...

REVIEW - HiFiMan HE-560 Planar Magnetic Headphones - Stock Headphone Impressions here, No Mods other than cables (Review in Progress)

    Math-Fi Question

You'll have to be more clear on what you're looking for. 3/8 of an inch is 9.525 mm. If that's a 9.525mm circumferance wire then you have a 3mm diameter wire which is roughly 9 AWG

This Schiit is Bananas! $99 Schiit Magni Amp and $99 Modi DAC

I'm pretty sure DC coupling is a BAD choice for this application... even the slightest DC offset can ruin expensive headphones!

    Shaving, gents

It's all about the (Dovo Solingen) Merkur Slant-Bar double edge safety razor, feather blades, and a silvertip badger brush. Bay rum shaving soap and aftershave.   Why is this thread in a headphone forum?

    Non-audiophile reactions to high-end headphones

Quote:   Trust me, that's how all self-proclaimed "audiophiles" get by; even though some headphones are objectively better than others, the margin of difference is small. Beats and Bose don't actually make bad headphones... people just don't like conformity; if said headphones weren't...
