Not the recordings. They sound fine with more detailed headphones. Guess iems are not for my ears.

I also prefer SR60 to 80, and 225. The bowl pads are horrible for gaming. They make bass sound like a knife. Bowl pads change the sound of music way to much. It's only with IEMs. My sr60's are not sibilant at all to my ears.

Source was just an mp3 player, or my soundcard. Lossless. I thought it took nothing to drive them though.

I'v got a problem and I don't know whats causing it. Whenever I use IEM's it sounds horrible. Could be my ear, or just the ones i'v tried. But what I listen to them, I hear a horrible Hissing noise when the singer (in the song im listening to) makes an S noise. Listening to SHE SELLS SEA SHELLS...

Has anyone gotten a genuine cx300 from ebay, and perhaps can reccomend a seller? You pay 100$+ in canadian retailers.

I haven't posted here in awhile, but I remember awhile back there was a problem with counterfit cx300's on ebay. I am looking to purchase them, they seem to go for 10$ .. Is there anything besides checking feedback, to assure they are real? (the phones not the seller). Any tell tale signs?
