What is the difference between V1 and V2 Denon Pads.I ordered the V2 from Jmoney.com but i havent got the payment instruction yet.I have got a offere from an head-fi member regarding V1 pads.Want to make sure what is the difference between both .Any info on V3 pads please.How long does it take ??

There is no difference in clip+ besides the internal memory all are the same.Yes it can take 16GB card but takes a bit of time to load on the Original Firmware,if rockboxed it can load at blaze fast.I am using 8GB clip+ with a 16GB SDHC card and i have no complaints about it .
