Koss Pro DJ 100 - The Budget King
Out of curiosity, has anyone tried these phones with the Alpha pads? I wonder if they will fit and if yes, how those pads change the sound.- maxlice

Koss Pro DJ 100 - The Budget King
These headphones sounds very good without any mods. The only reason I got new pads is because I prefer the comfort of velour pads, but ended up getting a bit of extra bonus in terms of sound. If the stock pads were a bit softer, I'd stick with these headphones until they break or have extra cash...- maxlice

Koss Pro DJ 100 - The Budget King
Just got my Auray velour pads in the mail today. It was a pain in the rear to get them onto my TBSE but damn it changed the sound signature significantly, it almost turned my TBSE into a different set of headphone! It seems like the bass is a bit better than with stock pads, but not by much. ...- maxlice

Koss Pro DJ 100 - The Budget King
Just placed my order on those Auray Velour pads, should get here by the end of the week so I can see if they will improve the comfort and sound. I went ahead and stuffed some tissues under the stock pads as well and it seems like there's quite a bit more bass than stock without tissues...- maxlice

Koss Pro DJ 100 - The Budget King
Hey Tdock, I was reading over your earpad section of the Koss Pro DJ100 and thought about getting the Pearstone Deluxe Velour pads. But I have a few questions: When you said stuffing a small amount of tissues underneath stock pads can sort of mimic what M50 pads can achieve on...- maxlice

I'm trying to decide between two budget headphones right now: Sony MDR-V6, and Superlux HD668B. Since I'm just getting into this realm, I don't have any amps or dacs (although I'm planning to get a dac for my laptop-- my main listening device, hopefully on Black Friday/Cyber Monday)...- maxlice

Need some help to narrow down my choices
Hey all, I'm quite new to the headphone world and just decided to start looking for a good quality headphone after listening with my friend's Grado SR60i back in July of this year. I know for sure that I will get an open can sooner or later, but as of now, I've been looking for a good...- maxlice
