It does make sense (for me) - he simply meant: out of the cables that he is not currently using, these are the best ones. It does not mean that these cables (that are not being used) are better that the ones that are currently used. It's a matter of what "denominator" is, i.e., out of the cables...

I think the seller meant the cables that are not currently being used by any of his/her/their IEMs.
