Finally began upgrading my guitar gear recently.  My current rig includes a Taylor 714CE, Strat Plus, Agile Interceptor Pro 727 with Blackouts and Floyd Rose, Mesa Mark V head, Mesa 2x12 vertical slant rectifier cab, and I'm assembling a nice pedalboard.  I'm also thinking about an ES-335 next.

Haven't heard the others, but the Panasonic RP-HTF600 is plenty loud and great for your genres.

Are you sure it's Mark 2 instead of Mark 1?  I have a friend who has the white Mark 1, but I hadn't heard of white Mark 2s.  Is this the one in question?  I think the originals are more neutral, and he uses them for mixing live sound.  

I'd suggest the DT-770.  Extremely comfortable, even moreso than the D5000 (and since it has velour instead of pleather pads, it won't even get sweaty), and while not noise cancelling, it has good isolation.  I'm not sure how large your ears are, but I'm of slightly larger than average height...

For those genres I'd recommend something other than the DT-770.  They're really more suited towards hip-hop and some electronic music, though they do well with some of the more modern, heavier rock bands.  It would help if you listed if you have any amplification, what you're going to be be...
