grado sr225i   I listened to 80's from a coworker for a day or two and loved them....for whatever reason the 225's just didn't sound good to me, the more I listened the more I disliked   sold them for what I paid so I didn't lose much

I've tried itunes, winamp, and lately I am totally hooked on media monkey I love it and find it gets the job done, and it even syncs my ipod touch, automatically converting the flac's to 320 mp3's anything better out there?

I can't see why it would be at all as far as whatever audio handling device you use, it would get the same digital signal

home office, I work from there, and never clean it and don't judge the high quality headphones, I got em for free and I am still shopping for something decent

my experience with analog out from the sound card is a hiss, thats to both a receiver, amp and headphones totally gone when using digi out and letting an external receiver do the digital conversion thats both onboard on a ds3, prelude, or live (old school, I know), different hardware, same...
