I actually auditioned both the Z7M2 and the Focal Clear in store for a bit (provided I did not have a proper dap to run these off so I went straight from phone source via poweramp + some flacs), I could definitely tell the Focal Clear was noticeably more detailed in the mids and highs however...

I haven't felt the need to, the bass is plentiful enough as is.

Just adding in my appreciation for the z7m2, glad I paid 438 AUD (approx 300 USD) for these from Addicted to Audio given Sony has now raised the retail price here to 1.7k AUD!

I find the bass adequate in the pandora VI, has the "punch" I need for EDM while being subtler when it has to in classical music and such. Certain tracks will release the kraken, or so to say (hardstyle anyone)?

Forgive me for using in ear headphones as a reference (the pandoras are my most expensive headphone), but I'd say these Pandora VI's have midrange detail surpassing that of the IE800 which really impressed me.

Speaking of scary, I was listening to Showtek's Black at 320kbps, the vocal work with the music actually sent shivers down my spine!

Straight from an idevice, this is truly hard to beat :) Music from these headphones give me the goosebumps! @grizzlybeat ,he stuffed the are under the default earpads with cotton, I took then out, and instantly placed them in again. Keeps the headphones on my head due to the extra pressure, also...

Also, I have no sliding issue with the cup holders (funny?), getting wierd looks in public for wearing these. It just becomes evident to me how unrefined other headphones sound when compared to these VIs.

Received my Pandora Hope VI after purchasing from xanlamin, and boy am I pleased with these :) The step from the Bang and Olufsen H6 is huge for only 160 or so extra. Also coming from a former A1000x owner, these are great (and easier to wear, surprisingly, maybe due to xanlamin's cotton mod?)
