Foam tips don't isolate well enough for me, are there any silicone alternatives that i can purchase for my 750i's? I have medium sized ears. The Klipsch S4I medium sized silicone standard eartip fit me perfectly.

I got the RHA 750i and the stock tips are uncomfortable for me too, foam tips don't isolate well enough for me, are there any other silicone brands that you guys recommend i look into that fits small/medium sized ears (for the RHA 750i)? The klipsch s4i reference medium sized tip fit me perfectly.
