JVC HA-FW01 Review
They are going to be a huge jump from your SE215. In all honesty, they're pretty great with any genre of music. Electronic music would sound great. They're rather bassy. However, I should let you know that a lot of the time, sound quality issues does not stem from the IEM's, but the file itself...- kaiyan061815

JVC HA-FW01 Review
JVC HA-FW Series (Wooden IEM's) Hey all, so some weeks ago I made a purchase at my local HiFi store. I've been looking forward to writing this post and I've finally come around to doing it after completing my mid-term examinations today. So, initially I was looking to get the Sennheiser...- kaiyan061815

Sennheiser IE80 vs JVC HA-FW01 vs iBasso IT03
Hello, Head-Fi! I am currently having a dilemma. So, I went to my local HiFi store and demo'd the available IEM's because I'm getting tired of my old one. After some extensive demo-ing, the choices have been narrowed down to Sennheiser IE80, JVC HA-FW01 and the iBasso IT03. All 3 are...- kaiyan061815

I'm not keen on IM03, to be honest. They're a little out of my budget as of now. I already own 2 of ATH's products, and would like a change. Yes, I like the FLC8S. They're nice. But unfortunately they're not available in my country. Neither is Dunu DN200J. :(- kaiyan061815

Presently I'm a little torn between the HA-FW01 and IT03. The IT03 is great, but the HA-FW01 is JVC's flagship IEM's. Also the HA-FW01 is rather new, so I might try write my very first ever review on Head-Fi.- kaiyan061815

< $300 IEM's Help!
I just visited my local HiFi shop. I tried the UE900 on display. I have to say, I am a little dissapointed. The sound was so flat that It was a turn off. But I did, however discover the JVC HA-FW01 and the iBasso IT03. I love the warm and rich sound of both the FW01 and IT03. Gotta sit and think...- kaiyan061815

I have heard of the body of the UE900's breaking or splitting right smack in the middle. I understand that the UE900 is a remarkable piece of engineering. But it seems that Logitech has compromised the build quality to reduce costs. If the UE900 was made from a more solid resin body, no doubt it...- kaiyan061815

Wow, man. Speaking to someone who actually owns the IEM is far better than Googling stuff haha! Besides the LZ A4, is there anything else you can recommend?- kaiyan061815

Rock Jaw Audio Looking for Pre-Production Testers for Future Products
Hello! I'd love to participate. I've only started being a member not too long ago, but I have several years of listening experience with IEM's (both mine and not mine). I'm a audiophile always looking for 3D or "real" sounding IEM's. Always put in 2-3 hours of listening everyday with...- kaiyan061815

Isn't it a waste though? I feel as if most people would've just leave the rest of the filters inside the box once they've found the combination of filters that suits their preference. I already have enough random stuff lying around the room. Also, as much as the LZ A4 looks great and sounds...- kaiyan061815

Oh wow, I've never heard of LZ A4. They look very industrial. They are very well within my budget. I'm looking deep into it, and this one is going onto my list for consideration. Thank you so much! Edit: I've looked them up, and the 18 possible tuning options is kinda overwhelming. Are...- kaiyan061815

I believe you. And I checked their website. The Orion honestly looks like a real beauty. But unfortunately, I'm from that part of the world that smaller brands don't reach. It looks like I'll have to pass on the Orion. :/ UE900? I'm hearing so many mixed reviews that I don't even know if its...- kaiyan061815

Too many brands and models, too little time and not enough money to try them all. I was just told that the GR07 is comparable to the models I listed. Thoughts?- kaiyan061815
