Do gold wires actually make a difference? Or does it depend? I recently swapped out some regular interconnects with gold wires and the vocals sounded a little crisper. Anyone get the same?

So I have the following: Unibody Macbook Pro Swans M10 2.1 Speakers ATH AD700 How will the Fubar III go with this setup? Your answers will help me decide if I should click the checkout button Or should I just save up?

IMO the sony has more bass, perfect for electronic or hip hop but thats it...for anything thats vocal heavy the sony loses...
