    the Pimeta-V2 thread

I will try to reduce the dimensions of the board. I will replace the relays with AQW612S to reduce the overall power (µC had brown mode). Perhaps smaller SMD components?

    T-REG PBA

Schematics and PCB of the T-REG tube voltage regulator from Linear audio.   HV rectifier and CRC filtering not included. Perhaps I will modify the PCB? 10µF + TO220 resistor + 47µF (EPCOS MKP DC LINK capacitors).

    A Super-Simple 6DJ8 Headphone Amp

The grey outlined parts on the BOT; the brown outlined on the TOP. Heatsink should be a big custom one (simple alu bloc) thermally contacted to the metal cover of the case (Hammond or other).   Low cost version: first start with the PCB. WIMA or any cheap MKT/MKP RM7,5mm. Electrolyt...

    1AD4 (or russian subminiature) - OPA627 - BUF634 Headphone Amplifier for 32R and 300R Headphones

I found a constant current source for 0,335€ in SOT353 package: +75VDC max@50mA max only only Rset resistor, the NXP PSSI2021SAY.   What do you think about this component?

    1AD4 (or russian subminiature) - OPA627 - BUF634 Headphone Amplifier for 32R and 300R Headphones

sorry Wakabi!   For all the other: - I will connect only +60VDC (text in red) and not the max. possible plate voltage of the 1AD4 for the desired voltage swing of 32V and a constant current of 1mA: for Wakabi, + at X111-1 and - at X111-2, - therefore I need only 2 LT3092: N111 ist NE Not...

    Tube equipement and testboards

I´m working on tube test equipement for everybody who like to build audio amps and hate the smell of solder!   I will start with the standard socket boards. Following CCS board. Working on a simple universal high voltage supply and an universal heather voltage supply.

    1AD4 (or russian subminiature) - OPA627 - BUF634 Headphone Amplifier for 32R and 300R Headphones

Do you have try the LT3092?   The BUF634 can also be replaced by transistors (see TubeCAD article and other stuff on the web).   I will try the LT3092 to build my own opinion.   I´m working on a small portable LiFePO4 power solution with an acceptable running time: 3 different...

Need some Help Topic: portable DAC power supply

First, write the requirements down: an important point is the battery chemistry, the needed voltages and the overall power requirements.   A simple functional diagram (VISIO) will help by brain storming. Then post this one and ask for comments.   Personnaly, I don´t like MAXIM, I´m very...

    1AD4 (or russian subminiature) - OPA627 - BUF634 Headphone Amplifier for 32R and 300R Headphones

I am starting the schematics with the 1AD4: +60VDC with 1mA CCS (LT3092) for 2Vpp/32Vpp.   More coming soon...   Any suggestions or comments?
