Slightly off topic, but I'm curious for all you guys that own a whole bunch of 'phones at one time, how do you decide which ones to listen to? Do you have a favorite pair or two and the rest just collect dust, or do you cycle through them for fun, or do you literally pick up a different pair...

Out of curiosity, what other IEMs were you looking at besides the W4? I'm in the same boat. Looking at buying the SE535s, trying to wade through the myriad of other choices while trying to keep spending down. I've also been recommended the IE8 and the Vsonic GR07.

Looks legit to me. How do they sound?

Complete side note... does anyone know if the Apple stores stock B&W's C5 as well? I'd like to give both of them a listen.

Definitely some food for thought in this thread. Thinking about these and the SE535s and IE8s. Would be nice to save a little coin with the GR07.    

The price difference between the Vsonic's ($150) and the SE535 ($450) is pretty dramatic. It's kind of ironic having to choose audio equipment only through the silence of reading and typing. :) Reviews are so subjective. The SE535's look very nice indeed. Anyone had a chance to listen to both? ...

The GR07 looks promising. I can't seem to find anywhere online that sells them though (at least not through google). Any input there Dweaver? How is durability with your pair? One reviewer quipped about the cable entry point on the earpiece being a little shoddy and coming apart. 

Wow! Sweet sub. I have a PSB 15". That level of bass is just incredible. It changes your listening experience dramatically. Feeling it as well as hearing it.    I've recently moved to 5.1 setup by Energy. First time with them. I had used B&Ws for years. Anyway... off topic.   Quote...
