Big Sennheiser fan here.  I have had a more than a few, and the 555's were my gateway drug into Hi-Fi.  They became 595's, and then 650's.  I have had many of the lower end Sennheisers as well, including MX Ear Buds, and a few PX as well.  I have since gone through a divorce, and I am broke...

FWIW, I also returned my V8 as it did not do justice in my opinion to my 650's. Once again, IMO, I find that my DV 336se (even with the stock tubes) is a much better match for my Senns than the V8 ever was. And it is about half the price. Now my Denon's rarely got plugged in, but they sounded...

I've been having this happen a few times lately. My fix has been to unplug the USB cable and re-plug it in. Honestly it's been getting a little annoying.

Actually Bon Iver For Emma... was released privately last year too. It made #3 for me last year.

I LOVE my DV336se, however I have not tried a Graham Slee. I really want to try a SOLO, but as of now they are a little out of my price range.
