E-MU Wooden Series Headphones
I noticed this thread is very focused on the flagship Teak model but is there much feedback on the Walnut? I bought the Walnut today along with my first DAC (Creative Sound Blaster E5) as a bundle and it feels like a huge leg up compared to what I'm used to hearing before...- JaCe_jai

Review by 'JaCe_jai' on item 'Monster Beats Solo HD (PRODUCT)RED Headphones with ControlTalk'
Summary as per above- good bass, easy to carry/portable with folding mechanism and bag, iPhone remote+mic on the left (rather than the right- which is great for those who use their left hand to adjust whilst using right hand on the mouse!), closed ear which is comfortable for me, surprisingly...- JaCe_jai

iPhone 3GS Audio Quality vs The New iPad
Interesting post and made me think about the 3GS as well, so I started Googling. Found this which was of interest: http://macintoshhowto.com/itunes/which-ipod-has-the-best-audio-quality.html I'm currently debating between listening to music on my New iPad (3), iPhone4 or my Lenovo T420...- JaCe_jai

Best sounding MP3 setup - MD, CD/MP3 or DAP?
i would like to add though that Sony MDs seem to have a much better 'bass eq' than anything i've used in terms of mp3 players and so on... whether thats important or not is another matter; but using decent headphones with sony MD is better than using good headphones with mp3 player.. i'm...- JaCe_jai

Do you always use your best stuff?
well my DJ headphones are not suited to carrying to school- and my middle pair (MDR-ED31LP) got stolen so now i'm using the really cheap Sony headphones (the acoustic twin turbo one which isn't neck-chain).- JaCe_jai

i heard they are pretty decent too- but the build quality/durability is an issue for me.. surprisingly, my sony stuff has lasted thus long (even the cheap sony headphones- not counting stock).- JaCe_jai

Please advise- picking between EX51 and CL30
Hey, what do you guys think of the Sony MDR-E888 vs. the EX51, EX71 and the Sharp ones? I just realised they are only about $10 more but seem to be regarded quite highly? Any views? I like bass- but I guess I don't want the really sharp sounds which I've heard with my cheapo Sony headphones on...- JaCe_jai

Who drives with headphones?
I think it might be worthwhile to upgrade your car speakers/setup if you really care about sound quality in the car. Canalphones are definitely not suited to city bicycle riding IMO. But thats just my opinion~ car horning and being able to hear cars and trucks on your sides and behind you are...- JaCe_jai

where to buy a mobile phone without Plan?
Order online? D-Nexus (search on Google) seems reasonable- buying from Singapore/Taiwan/HK tends to be cheaper, but make sure you got warranty applicable to your country. APAC (Asia-Pacific) is no longer in existance nowadays for Nokia, we have to fog out our own $$ to repair Asian phones in...- JaCe_jai

Who drives with headphones?
1. Its stupid to ride a bicycle with headphones blaring on full blast- I think hearing is an important part of being a cyclist, esp on the road where there aren't many safety measures available. 2. I also think that its ok to listen to music if driving (via headphones or speakers) as long as...- JaCe_jai
