    LG Quadbeat 3 Impressions Thread

I had the LG100.     The bass was never bloated or to big. Instead the treble was to hot. After a month it settled, or the bass came up = the sibilance problem gone. I was using MH1 tips. There was an annoying driver-flex on the left side = channel imbalance, and sometimes it sounded a...

Yes, I think it is a little bit synthetic sounding, but I like that. I use Sony MH1 tips, which works for me with almost every IEM. I really like the bass, I don't find them to much, and the highs aren't annoying. There is no driver flex, which killed my LG GS100. The nozzle is extremly long...

I have the pink version since one week. My black version died 1 year ago. I use the same self-made tips on the pink, which I used before. I remember the black sounded like this: small soundstage, little warm, with awesome punchy bass. The pink sounds as the most people on amazon (at the 9927)...

    LG Quadbeat 2 Impressions Thread

I asked a Korean seller, which said the only difference between the Quadbeat 2 (HSS-F530) and Quadbeat 2 Special Edition (HSS-F531) is the red colored logo on the housing. They sound the same. The HSS-F531 seems to be limited to 6000 pieces.

I have the GS100 since april. Yes, it has big soundstage, the sound is very close to you, and it's very detailed, BUT I don't recommend these 2 anyone who is sensitive to treble. It took my brain 1,5-2 months to get used to the treble boost, and I still find it a bit bright. I felt many times, i...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

I bought an IEM in an online store here in Hungary. I want to send the back within 8 days after purchase (Distance Selling Regulations). But the seller rejected this due to hygienic reasons. Is this ok?

Maybe you should buy it from your own money!   Which was the last IEM that you purchased, so it wasn't sent by the manufacturer or distributer?

Quadbeat 2 Special Edition is already out! According the ad, it has the same frequency responce graph as the regular version. So the question is: what's the difference? (The female singer in the ad suggest more mid-range.)      ...

    Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)

I listened to a basshead iem for a few days. When I got back to my neutralish iem's I missed the low end on them, they have now less/zero bass quantity. They sound little bright. This was a few days back, and the problem is still there. (I listen to music at low volume: 5-7/30.)   It is...

Hi ljokerl! Have you experimented with different acoustic filters/dampers? If I remember correctly, you searched for a damper removing tool some times ago.

The LG Quadbeat 2 is already for sale on ebay for ~40 bucks. Measurements can be found on Goldenars.   And there is another LG headset: LG GS100. No info about that IEM on the internet.

I wonder why people love or hate Sony MH1C. Maybe member borrego has the answer.   Quote from his post (Sony MH1 forum): .. "Bad: 1. Cables, like everyone has mentioned 2. Cannot take high volume: I think my pair of MH1a hasn't burnt in but it seems that the micro drivers in it cannot take...

The right one Is the TWFK from my UE700. In the middle is a Knowles 30103 (Pionner CLX9), on the left is a Sonion 17A003 (Microsonic Epic X from 2009). Monoprice 9927 represents the dynamic type.
