Great post mate but you said the lcd 3 is your favourite so why the lcd x? I personally think that whatever is technically better means nothing if your ears enjoy the other so much more mate

Maybe I'm totally thick here but I only want to buy after market cables for sound quality,I don't understand comfort and design as it's the headphone sitting on my head not the cables so I can't see how comfort makes any difference being just a cable

It's not the Hugo thread so won't say to much but it's changed my life and want some quality headphones now mate,take it you preferred the lcd x to the lcd 3 plus the Hugo should drive the lcd x better being a lot lower on impedance
