Unofficial V-MODA XL Pads thread.
Unbelievable, just got these to Finland - 5 days!! Maybe I'm ordering too much stuff from China and I'm used to wait for couple of months to my orders to come but hey, this is nice  edit. Switch the pads and definately better in my head, have to admit i was hoping for better experience...- Grind

Unofficial V-MODA XL Pads thread.
Just ordered mine, kinda sucks that i had to order straight from V-Moda to Finland but let´s hope it worth it For the price it better be. Luckily have my HD650 for long period listenings but for moods when to crank the bass up haven´t find better party phones.- Grind

So my cable arrived to Finland. Really nice quality and quite hefty ones,i must say. Contact on rca's is good also, can't say anything about the sound yet because haven't had any time to listen.- Grind

NuForce Impulse USB Cable First Impressions
Nice to see I'm not the only one who cannot hear the difference. It just feels and looks so much better behind my Schiit stack so i don't care about the "lost" money. -
NEW Brainwavz R1 - Dual Dynamic Driver Earphones!!!
Funny little headphones. On my Sony Xperia phone i couldn´t get sound out if i pressed the 3,5mm straight in, if i let out a bit MASSIVE bass hit my ears. Tried these on my pc through Dragonfly dac and the bass just went away. I have absolutely no idea how to put these on my ears...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Quote: So there is no sound at 44.1, on magenta and blue there is sound but terrible cracks and pops on sound. Weird. I contacted the shop i bought the unit, i´ll just wait what they have to say about this. Quote: No, everything is off. This was one of the first thing i did when...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
I just don´t get it. Absolutely perfect sound on Vaio so it seems theres something really badly wrong with my own computer. I updated every driver i found and it seems to help little with the click and snaps but no way it is perfect, still really annoying to use. Now there is a new problem...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Quick test with Sony Vaio laptop shows no problem with Dragonfly. Sony is on Win 8. But this was just a quick test with couple of songs through Winamp and Youtube. I´ve tried countless of different variations of buffer sizes with my own computer with no luck, it´s definitely better with...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Quote: I quess i still haven´t find my magic number ´cause clicks and pops are still an issue, i´ll just have to continue hunting the right way to get it right Just a guess, could my Spitfire II Dac plugged in my optical output have some kind of interference with Dragonfly? I use that...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Will try that, thanks. Another one from Finland, morjens edit. Yep, seems that usb ports in my Silverstone case are little bit on a loose side, swinging like crazy. That´s what you get with kids ripping off every cord they get their hands on Let´s just hope that V-Moda M-100 coming next...- Grind

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Purchased DF couple months ago. Love the sound but afraid to use it Been using Koss DJ pro 100 with it, other night tried it with IEM and almost lost my hearing because i´ve had these irritating snacks, crackles and pops from the first day of having it. Didn´t think they would be so LOUD in my...- Grind
