I had this problem for a while. Check wifi settings or change wireless access points. I went from completely frustrated by problems to not having a single issue with it in the last few years.

The Viking Ragnar through the iBasso DC Elite also was a bright combo for me. The iFi GoBar has much better synergy with it. The Elite work better with the LCD-5, though.

If you can, make your way to a CanJam! I would never have bought another IEM than the KSE1200/Monarch MK2 if I hadn't heard the Radon6 or Noble Viking. The soundstage of the Viking just blew me away..though it has too much treble for many.

I ordered the DX9 last month and have been waiting on it. In the meantime Topping has released the D90 III Sabre DAC. They mention 3 different modes with one sounding like tube emulation. I wonder if it adds some 2nd order harmonics. Now I'm wondering if I should go that route instead.
