Btw, by any chance, have you plug a halogen lamp nearby your setup? last year i had to give away my halogen lamp because it messed up with my matrix, seems it cause some interference that doesnt allow the usb dac to sincronize and i had to do the same as you, turn the amp off and then on to fix...- GaToMaLaCo

Thats usually a consecuence of a bad usb port, cable connector or a vmware usb arbitration filter meesing arround. For de the first a the second use another usb cable an also switch to another usb port on your pc. For the third try to use the matrix on another pc.- GaToMaLaCo
