Just by looking at the picture of a X-fi Titanium HD  I can conclude that thinking the J3 would be as good was wishful thinking, The only Cowon player I owned was the iAudio 7, but I assume that they sound best when tweaked, most would accept inferior sound on the go compare to what they listen...

OK now I have another issue, My mini3 now only at max volume outputs sound on the right driver and at a extremely low volume, I notice brown stuff on almost every solder point at the back but don't notice any leakage from any of the components, not sure how this is possible unless something...
