Have just got mine. When I first connected it up, there was only sound from the left speaker. I tried a different cables and players and they were the same. Then later as I was swapping cables the sound came on. I managed to track down the connection problem with the socket on the headphone. I...- fenger

The HE-400 comes with OFC copper cable but the HE-300 comes with silver cable. Is the silver cable better than the copper cable?- fenger
