The problem is with the connector in the IEM, not on the cable. That's why when my seller tested it with their cable, the problem persists. Actually, I've ordered their premium cable with pentaconn on May (via my seller), and it's been stuck in the customs since then.

The mandarin tips just arrived and the fit wasn't good for my ears (ordered the S & M sizes, wide bore). It hurts and gave me nausea after 15 minutes, plus the sibilance is clearly present. Back to the foam tips for now.
