Best IEMs for around $200?
The Monster Copper are a great sounding IEM and I found them pretty well constructed, and very durable.- eortizr

Skullcandy Aviators actaully good?
Quote: if you can get them for less than retail (I got mine for $105.00 shipped) then yes, they are great for Rock and Metal, just know that they do not isolate very well..- eortizr

best bang for the buck at $150
right now you can get the Monster Turbine for $75.00 @ Amazon, pretty good sounding, pretty much the same sound as the Shure SE215 but better and clearer highs, the SE215 cable is like 12inch to long, the plug will not fit any device with a cover on it (to wide) and there's a learning curve to...- eortizr

Monster turbine opinions?
vpulse by Velodyne ($89.00) is the closest thing in sound to the Turbine, for $75.00? there's no better deal. The VPulse does comes with mic and remote tho.- eortizr

Sony XBA Series Review and Comparison (XBA-1, 2, 3, 4)
I had the XBA-1 good sound , clean and clear, but the bass was just not there at all, you really have to work hard on getting them into a sweet spot in order to get some bass... gonna try XBA-2 and see how it goes...- eortizr

Velodyne vPulse Review - Bass lovers rejoice!!!
Just want to chime in, coming from the shure se215 I can say I'm enjoying the vpulse a lot more, bass more clean and detailed, mids are about the same and highs are crispier and detailed. I was very happy with the shure se215, but I'm happier with the vpulse.- eortizr

Shure SE215 no bass?
I just got my SE215 and all I can say is WOW, I'm using the small Foam tips and the seal and comfort is perfect, who ever say there is no bass present should have come from some Beats by Dre or something similar, the bass is perfect in the 215, not too much not to little, I tried the...- eortizr

SkullCandy Aviators alternative?
Quote: tried those 2, did not like them, too much bass for my taste., I think I finally found what I was looking for, went to Fry's and got a pair of Shure SE215, perfect sound on a budget. Thanks anyway.- eortizr

SkullCandy Aviators alternative?
Hi, I'm looking for IEM or Full-Size with the same sound signature than the SC Aviators but better isolation, I love the sound on the Aviators, but the poor isolation is what keeps me away from them. I tried the Philips Downtown/Uptowns, Klipsh Image 1, Sennheiser 429, Bose IE2, Klipsh S4...- eortizr

I live in Texas and I they don't make my ears sweat at all, now the Uptown they do tend to get your ears pretty warm- eortizr
