This is getting exciting. I can't wait for the XLs to be released. I originally returned my M100s because of the ear cup/pad fit.

Question about the M100 cabe. I have both a genuine V-MODA M100 1 button speakeasy cable with mic, and a genuine V-MODA audio only cable. The audio only cable is easily 2x+ louder (better sounding too) than the one with mic and control. Is this normal? Is there something to do with resistance of...

My M-100 had the right ear sound/volume substantially lower than the left ear. In addition to that huge problem, I found that the M-100 didn't work well via an iOS device or Macbook Pro without an amplifier. For anyone that is interested in my opinion of sound quality -- I believe the AKG K167...

Are the ear pads the exact same size and material (foam and density) as the K167s?
