Better IEM than Sennheiser cx500's?
many say that the cx95s are slightly better than the cx500, but i think it wouldn't be so different from the cx500 as to buy it when u alreaady have the cx500.- dunnowho

Upgrading from UM2. Dilemma of the week is choosing UM3X or IE8
for the first batch the impedance on the box wasn't changed. should be um2s' boxes i think. after that they pasted smth over it to specify the changes. don't worry. the um3xs have 56ohm impedance.- dunnowho

so that means the um3x would have a small soundstage because of the output impedance?- dunnowho

Low profile IEM.
haha lol customs. i would seriously recommend the westone um series though. they're flush to your ears, meaning they don't protrude out.- dunnowho

it's probably due to the song. my songs that are low bitrate sometimes have the fuzzy sound, even some 192kbps songs- dunnowho

i use treble booster on my ipod nano. although clarity is great without equalisation, highs are a bit soft. equalising them just makes them more audible.- dunnowho

yeah, i'm waiting for the next batch to arrive in singapore before asking for a replacement. however, i don't think that the qc issue affected the sound that much; it's just irritating because mine is so bad that when i walk, i sometimes hear the vibration.- dunnowho
