Recommendation: Q-Jays or SE535 for an extra $100
One more question before I put down the money. Would you all recommend e-q5 more than SE535? Thanks as always.- chengilang

Recommendation: Q-Jays or SE535 for an extra $100
I was hoping you would say Q-Jays, because I like the styling better. I hope headphone/IEM manufactures make more white colored top tier IEM like the AKG K701 headphones. They are beautiful. Thanks for the input, I'll probably go with the SE535 then.- chengilang

Recommendation: Q-Jays or SE535 for an extra $100
Hello all, Is the SE535 worth an extra $100 to Q-Jays? I listen to all kinds of music except country, so a well-rounded IEM would be great. However, a majority of the music I listen does involve bass. So what's everyone's opinion? Thanks- chengilang

Once again, thank you for all your input. Sigh, why does this have to be so hard to decide on? Any of fellow members want to go crazy when splurging on new equipment? Thanks once again.- chengilang

Audio Technica ATH-ESW9a or Audio Technica ATH-ES10
Thanks for the replies. wind016, I am not sure. I love music. My ears can pick up different things when I listen to different sets of headphones, but I can never quite pinpoint or describe what I hear is different, however, I can tell which one I like. From reading all the threads...- chengilang

Audio Technica ATH-ESW9a or Audio Technica ATH-ES10
So, I have finally decided after many helpful suggestions and threads on this board to two head phones the ESW9A and the ES10. For ESW9A the price I found was 225. For ES10 the price I found was 370. Is the ES10 higher price justified? I will be running unamped out of my iphone 3gs...- chengilang

Thanks, Since I have never used cans before, what is the sound differences in isolation, between closed, semi, and open? I am guessing open is you hearing everything around you without any lowering of dB by the headphones. What is semi? And for closed how much isolation is there? ...- chengilang

I am not exactly looking for the same sound as W3. I am just looking for the same quality as W3. What would you suggest instead of AKG k272? I would like if it has a decent bass.- chengilang
