Winston-Salem / Triad meet (April 20th, 2013)
I will not be making it to Winston-Salem, unfortunately, as I will need to be in Seattle for 3 weeks across the scheduled date. I will be watching gatherings in the future to see if I can attend one.- CapTinnitus

Winston-Salem / Triad meet (April 20th, 2013)
I'm considering driving up from Atlanta, GA (85N - Greenville, SC - Charlotte, SC - Winston-Salem). Would anyone be interested in carpooling with me if I can swing it (room for 3 in my Infinity M35)?- CapTinnitus

Quote: Thanks for the reply! I will find the Senn Lineup and pickup the pair that will be best. Based on responses from others I may look close at the appropriate JDS O2 amp.- CapTinnitus

Quote: I admit I was leaning toward the Senn HD 598, but have also heard a number of reviews that indicated the Beyer DTs are very comfortable (is this true of the Pro series also?). - What about DAC/AMP? Does one stand out that would be a good choice regardless of the final choice...- CapTinnitus

I am looking to replace some cans that have done me pretty good for about 6 years (Sony MDR's). Budget: Up to $1000 - to include HPhones + DAC/AMP (if needed... which it likely will be) Music: I listen to a wide variety of music with a combination of lossless and slight compression...- CapTinnitus
