FiiO E07K ANDES Review and Help Thread
It may just be me but whenever I have the USB CHARGE set to ON, I lose the audio. This is a hassle because I have to charge it everytime I want to use it. Also happens when docked into the E09K. Any help?- brybry24

Yes they should be fine. Please update on the sound quality of the Q701s with the modi+vali. I considered this combo quite a bit ago.- brybry24

I tried so hard to remove the inner plastic piece but couldn't do it. It took a while but I removed the tape without removing the plastic. :D Now so far I'm loving the extra boost in the sub-bass and mid-bass without changing the highs and mids, but I did notice a slight decrease in...- brybry24

FiiO E07K ANDES Review and Help Thread
Haha, I was going to get this same exact unit but decided to purchase the E07K and E09K bundle instead. I love the E07K when paired with the V-Moda M-100s. Great buy!- brybry24

AudioQuest Dragonfly Review : Affordable, Outstanding, Tiny DAC / Amp
Quick question. Can I use this DAC with a seperate amp? (But wouldn't that be double amping the signal? Because I heard that's bad)- brybry24

Looking for opinions from people who have tried it regarding the bass mod by removing the plastic tape. 1) I know that I will gain more bass but what will I lose in exchange (soundstage, detail etc.)? 2) Overall, do you recommend doing the bass mod?- brybry24

So do you recommend to do the bass mod (removing the plastic tape)? I know that I will gain more bass but what will I lose in exchange (soundstage, detail etc.)?- brybry24

Schiit Owners Unite
Can anybody compare the Magni & Modi stack with the Fiio E09K/E07K combo? I currently have the Fiio combo and might want to upgrade in the future. I use the AKG Q701s and so far I'm loving the combo.- brybry24

Unable to play files with USB DAC using Foobar 2k
Hi everyone, Today I picked up a Fiio E07K + E09K for my Q701s and tested it. I had all the settings right for Foobar and windows and it worked perfectly until about 30 minutes after; There was no sound coming out of the headphones. Whenever I try to play a file I get this...- brybry24

Yeah but first I put painter's tape to the area I'm going to apply the glue and the foam. So when I decide to remove the foam, I just peel off the tape and the glue marks will be on the tape itself and not the headband.- brybry24

What I did to solve the bump issue. It looks a lot cleaner than wrapping the whole headband with foam. It's colour green too so it goes with the green theme of the Q701s.- brybry24

THE DIY HEADPHONE STAND THREAD
I made the wooden stand at school with only about 40 minutes left in class. I had limited resources (but free!) so I'm quite happy with what it turned out to be. Total costs: $0- brybry24
