im sure these could perform very close to 272 in dynamics with enough amplification on 2stepdace high gain I have to turn it to around 75percent to like what I am hearing not sure if thats enough tho and I also have that feeling that after 1000 hours they should sound on par with 272 but not in...

and they are too small for my head so comfort is not good for me.

Well im not done with the rewiev. but at this point I can say that my re272 are better he400 have ofc more bass but 272s are one level higher imo.

 treble is very good in my experience.

Ive received mine today Will try to compare them with re 272 but not sure if that would be fair coz 272s have more than 1000 hours on them.. but first burn in for 150 hours. lets see..
