Earbuds Round-Up
Faaeal Iris Ancestor - loving these so far. Bass quantity sounds good and the mids don't sound recessed. They have that 'in your face' presentation that I really like. Not sure if 'in your face' translates as narrow soundstage but they remind me of my Senn HD25's which have a similar...- bigtim

Koss KSC75's. Dont Forget This Giant Killer in all the ''Hidden Gem'' Hype.
Already love my KSC75 + Yaxi / Parts Express but i've had them plugged into my Garage1217 Project Amber tube amp today. Gives them a slightly fuller sound and they're just ridiculous at this price. The law of diminishing returns really does start here.- bigtim

Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO - Beyer's open-back mastering headphone
Thank you very much @Cevisi , that is super helpful. Might just be the angle zof the pic but the DT990 Edition appear to be a little smaller: This has given me hope that a pair of DT1990s might be in my future 😀 Will wait for the shops to reopen and find somewhere to try these in person...- bigtim

Beyerdynamic DT 1990 PRO - Beyer's open-back mastering headphone
Hi. Any DT1990 owners who have experienced the DT990? I currently have the DT990 Edition 32ohm but they're just a tiny bit too small - the bottom of my ears touch the pads (I do have a large head). One more notch of expansion and they'd fit perfectly. If i lift one cup and move the other one...- bigtim

Earbuds Round-Up
Starting the day with the WillSound MK32 Sonic. Currently my favourite earbud - it's got a big full sound, probably the most speaker-like buds I own.- bigtim

iFi micro iDSD Black-Label - In-Depth Review
This is possibly a silly question so please bare with me... Can the iDSD Micro BL be used as a desktop dac/amp i.e. so it's plugged in to the mains? My chain is RPi with Allo DigiOne & Nirvana SMPS > IFI iDSD Micro BL via S/PDIF (sounds fab :relaxed:) I'm currently charging the Micro whilst...- bigtim
