Just got mine in, this is an amazing deal for the solid construction and pretty decent sound quality. Kind of that generic SQ with muddy mids and bloated bass but fun to just carry around as a beater. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah I'll send em over, it's just strange that it happened so I was wondering if anyone had similar problems. I don't even use them that much but I leave them next to an AC unit, so maybe constant cold could have caused it?  

Something weird happened with my reshells. I've had em for about 4 months now, and the part where the cable enters the shell disintegrated.The sound seemed weaker on one side so I pulled out that side and that little area fell apart. I'll post pics later.

Yeah i remember this popularity spike in the m50 quite well since i was shopping for em back then. They were around 80 back then and ever since i passed on a straight cable pair they shot up around 100+ and haven't dropped since.
