Is the new USB board for the gungnir better than the toslink optical? I'm deciding if it's worth it to pay the extra 100 for USB since I can always use the optical out on my MacBook and on my AK100

Ya, I tried with all the different firmwares and had the same problem...

Just recently got an AK100 and am experiencing a problem. Wanted to see if anybody else has experienced the same.   When I try to play back ALAC files, they always play back at 16 bit. So, when playing a 24/192 ALAC file, the AK100 displays that it's playing a 16/192 file.  I don't know...
