I quite like the USB DAC function of the FiiO X5. I wonder if iBasso do the same.

The X5 can now be preordered in the UK from here: http://www.ea-audio.co.uk/fiio_x5.html. £289.99 ($477) is a bit steep compared to what we previously thought, don't you think? I suppose it is for preorder.

The Fiio X5 Thread

Any ideas on the audio quality of the X5 (and perhaps the X3) against the Astell & Kern AK120 and AK100s? The prices of the AKs are astronomical compared to the Fiios, so anything close to the same would be amazing.
