OPA1641 is decent if low quiescent current is a concern; I prefer the sound of OPA827. That said, I think that ADA4627-1 sounds better than both.

Pin 1 is for offset trim, so it probably is not used.  Chances are the the pins being used are pins 2,3,4,6, and 7.   Perhaps be a little more careful next time...
