Reluctantly selling my (original owner) camphor burl Limited custom stained purple verite closed headphones. This was literally the last pair of custom headphones Zach ever made. They were the clear inspiration for the stabilized purple sets that followed, which were also black chassis/rose rods. Unlike those stabilized sets, these wont actually crush your neck as they're only about 500g and actually super comfortable.

They are MINT, and I mean MINT. How mint? They have never touched a hard surface. I have never used them without washing my hands first. They have never touched the paint-destroying, headband bending ZMF stand. They have been in an airtight glass display case the whole time. There are no scratches or marks anywhere on the chassis or the cups or the screws or the headband or anywhere. They come from a smoke free, child free, pet free home. They look like they did when they arrived from ZMF. All the pads are also in like-new shape. I have put maybe 40 hours on these in 18 months and maybe 30 minutes in the last 6 months.

I did not want to sell these but one of the upsides of my recent divorce is I no longer need to worry about noise, and so I'm moving into the 2-channel world and selling off most of my headphone gear. They are an absolute work of art, but I simply don't listen to headphones anymore and it's sad watching them sit in a display case. I am REALLY hoping that these go to someone that owns other ZMF and really appreciates their incredible sound and craftsmanship. I feel like I'm giving away a puppy here.....

The purple custom 21awg - Type 6 Litz "Fehu" Viking Weave cable you see in the photos is not included. I'm not LOOKING to sell it, but if you must have it, it will be an extra $600. The custom stain looks different in different lightning, so I tried to take the best pictures I could in various places. It kinda sorta worked. I'm a terrible photographer.

The price includes pp fees and fully insured shipping to CONUS and is firm. I will not take a massive loss on these as I'm perfectly fine with just keeping them as apartment decoration lol.
