Thanks! I did see that post. He's asking like $500 over MSRP for $600 worth of tubes, so not really worth it IMO. Not to mention, buying all those tubes means inevitably some aren't going to be very good, or weren't actually matched.

I managed to snag a gen2 for 2150 including shipping and fees and a few upgraded tubes. You're smart to wait for the right deal, good luck this amp is worth it!
