Up for sale is my golden colored WA8. Been thinking lately to try something solid state, most Likely Hugo2 or TT2. I have bought a 1956 Sylvania NOS tube from Japan for about $600.
This is a WA8 on steroids. The stock tube will also be included in the deal (used for less than 50 hours) so you can compare and hear for yourself.

With the upgraded tube the soundstage gets wider, deeper and more 3D. Detail retrieval is also ridiculously improved. Bass is more controlled and more evident, but never overbearing. This tube beautifully layers the presentation and will give a more realistic rendition of your favorite recorded music.

I have the original box, Pelican case, paperwork, charger, the works. The charger can be used from 100V to 240V. It is terminated in an EU plug and I will include the US plug with it. I can confirm this, as I have used my unit both in the US and EU.

The Sylvania tube was used for no more than 300 hours. The unit has no blemishes or scratches on it. It is in fact in immaculate condition. I pampered this device as it has grown to my heart through the listening sessions.

It is the choice if you want a stationary tube amp experience under 2k. I have had a DNA Stratus before this one and I feel the WA8 can deliver 90% of what the mighty Stratus did and you can toss it in your backpack and take it with you.

Price is firm. I will be more than happy to keep this unit if no one is interested at the asking price, which is more than fair, considering how much I spent on it. So no offers.
