All Utopias have a five year warranty that is automatically transferred, as long as you have the original receipt from an authorized dealer.

One of the drivers on my old Utopia (which I got from the used market) was dying...but thankfully, I was able to get both drivers replaced (with the newer, more reliable ones) for free under warranty. (I just had to pay to ship it to them.)

I had the same experience. The US Focal/SPL distributor was very easy to work with.
