ANIMA's distinguished design is built around its bass horn that sits high and pulls down to the floor. Halfway up on the side the medium range horn and on the top the high range horn. The bells are mechanically aligned for a consistent result over time.
Massive 15" low-frequency and 5" mid-frequency woofer, both internally upgraded. A 1 inch compression driver with neodymium magnet and titanium diaphragm for high frequencies.
The bass and midrange horns are constructed from 13-ply A-grade Baltic Birch plywood, while the high frequency horn is constructed from our own epoxy compound with multiple aggregates.
The filters are located at the base of the bass horn, allowing the filter parts to be well spaced to avoid any kind of interference and away from the magnetic fields of any speakers. Components are hand selected and wired for best contact (no PCB).
All internal wiring is custom made from high purity OFC copper with waxed cotton insulation. Brass reinforcing pieces with acoustic felt insulation are used to minimize energy transfer to the contacts of the various horns.
The level of the medium and high frequencies is adjustable by the user, which makes it possible to adapt ANIMA to the listening room. Adjustment of the orientation of the high frequency horn is also available to suit the listening position.
