Hi. I received these today from a Reverb business seller. They were listed as unused/open box. That is my impression as well. They're new with unused cables. Sound fantastic. Best wireless I have used, and I have been through them all.

Buyer's remorse. I just know I will not use these enough in place of my AirPods Pro. I am losing a bit of money on this price as well.
