I am the original owner, bought in 2022 from highend-electronics.com (authorized reseller) for use in my Ferrum Hypsos. Selling the Hypsos so I no longer need the fuse. Unfortunately, I lost the original box/foam but I will be sure to pack it safely. The sticker is slightly peeling but this obviously doesn't affect function.
